We supply state-of-the-art vehicle scanners and AI solutions for the automotive industry for inspecting body damage, vehicle interiors, tyres, wheel alignment and underbodies.
As car dealership experts and appraisers, we have developed our vehicle scanners and AI-based software with the aim of completely digitising vehicle condition checks and vehicle returns. This allows us to speed up your processes, increase transparency and reduce your operating costs.

Our solutions are developed with the goal of enabling the complete digitization of vehicle condition checks, through vehicle scanners and AI-based software.
Instavalo is consistently pursuing the path towards complete automation of vehicle condition assessment. In times of increasingly digital business processes, automated condition assessments are an essential component of the customer journey. Instavalo's condition assessment can be carried out with a permanently installed vehicle scanner and additionally for the interior with an integrated mobile app. This allows risk transitions to be recorded easily, quickly and conveniently, e.g. for new car deliveries, used car purchases, test drives, rental cars and also dialog acceptances. On request, the system can also create a qualified condition report or a certified expert opinion including repair cost calculation. The reports can be transferred to numerous dealer management systems via interfaces.

InstaScan Mini (tires)
Pure drive-through scanner with 2 columns and 2 cameras.
Specificly developed for recording of the condition of the wheels and rims.
The InstaScan Mini includes our Insta-TyreScanner Pro, which is a modular addition for our regular Scanners.
The Insta-TyreScanner Pro measures tyre tread depth at 3 positions, including tyre cameras and AI for reading the sidewalls.
Insta One - Software Solution
Our software can be seamlessly integrated into any inventory processes.
Damage appraisals, purchase orders, condition documentation, automatic plausibility checks of repair invoices - the areas of application for our technology are as diverse as our solution is modular.
The Instavalo One software platform consists of a range of components:
The platform monitors the scanner passings and collects the images.
The platform shows the collected images in real time.
The platform sends the images to the various AI’s (Tchek, Solera, & Bdeo).
The platform merges and completes the data process.
The platform generates the desired product: a complete vehicle condition report.
The platform also provides interfaces to load & retrieve vehicle & order data, and/or send products & data to other systems.
With use of the app/web solution the interior conditions and images are recorded as well as paint density measurement, etc, if required.
